A Passive House with historic roots
This would be Hasting's first certified Passive House and only the second in the whole of East Sussex. It could well be the only Passive House ever to be built in this amazing location right in the heart of the Old Town and so close to the seafront.
It will have an historic feature wall in the dining room with roots in the Old Town Wall of the 14th Century. We know of no other Passive House in the world with such a feature.
